Kalamalka Lake Bridal Boudoir Session

There’s a little backstory when it comes to this blog.

Back in February, I had a bathtub in my studio. K had contacted me wanting to do a session with the tub for her bridal boudoir book for her wedding in October.

You know what’s extremely hard to find in February? White lingerie! There was next to nothing besides extremely basic and boring lingerie in stores.

We were still really happy with the photos that I took of her but it was definitely missing that splash of white since she was getting married.

Flash forward to mid August.

K messaged me with photos of the most STUNNING bodysuit with a chiffon skirt she found on Facebook Marketplace. I knew HAD to photograph her in this outfit!
Then she said she found another white bodysuit too AND that she wanted to shoot at Kalamalka Lake too!

I feel so lucky every day that I have so many clients and friends so willing to be so vulnerable. To give me such amazing amounts of trust.

The shoot went amazingly. The water wasn’t too cold. We got the perfect night of bright hot sun and a cotton candy sunset.
